This article describes what to do next after not receiving any emails after signing up for a PM PrepCast Store account.
Check your Spam/Junk Folders
The PM PrepCast Store sends automatic email messages to users for various reasons. For example, as part of the account setup process, a confirmation message is sent via email.
If you do not receive such an email, the email may have been incorrectly categorized as spam or junk mail. Check the contents of your spam or junk folder, and you can mark the emails from the PM PrepCast Store (support@pm-prepcast.com) as safe.
If you are using a work email, perhaps their firewall prevents emails from us from going through. Please request your IT Department or the appropriate contact in your organization to allow emails from the following domain through your firewall:
- nanacast.com
- pm-prepcast.com
- mailgun.org
- zendesk.com
Request for Confirmation Email to Be Resent
We need to confirm your email address as part of the registration process. To request that the confirmation email be sent to you, please go to the following link and enter the same email address you used to register for your PM PrepCast Store account.
