As concerns related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) continue, a growing number of students have been affected. Some testing centers have suspended test delivery, while others have postponed or canceled exams. We understand that this is a challenge for our students. We recognize that some students will need extra help and extra time in this situation, and we want to help facilitate their continued exam prep.

Your health is important. Reschedule your testing appointment if you are unwell and exhibiting symptoms such as fever and/or respiratory difficulties.
Consider Online Proctoring
If it is technically feasible for you and available in your region, then we strongly recommend that you opt to take the online-proctored exam from home, and avoid visiting the testing center.
Complimentary Extensions for PMP, PMI-ACP, and CAPM Simulators
There is a chance that Pearson Vue or PMI may cancel your scheduled exam due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
If that happens to you, please contact email@example.com no more than seven (7) days before your PM Exam Simulator subscription expires and only after you have rescheduled your exam. Please provide the following in your email:
- A screenshot of the communication from PMI/Pearson Vue relating to the cancellation of your scheduled exam
- A screenshot of your rescheduled, new exam date.
How we will Extend your Access
Pearson Vue decided to close its US and Canadian testing centers starting March 17, 2020. While Pearson-Vue is closed in US/Canada, we will provide affected students with a one-time free 30-day extension.
For all other countries, please submit a confirmation from Pearson Vue that your exam has been canceled and we will grant you a one-time free 30-day extension as well.
